Nazem Alkudsi - Chairman

Nazem Al‑Kudsi is a widely respected authority in sovereign wealth, fund, and asset management with deep experience spanning the UAE and the United States. He has held senior leadership roles, including Chief Investment Officer at National Bank of Abu Dhabi Asset Management and Senior Fund Manager at the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA). 

As the former CEO of the Abu Dhabi Investment Company (ADIC), part of the Abu Dhabi Investment Council, he led significant investment programs, from private equity and infrastructure to equities and technology, helping to shape the fund’s strategic direction during periods of strong growth. 

His public roles reflect a track record of high‑level fiduciary responsibility, driving outcomes in complex and diversified portfolios. Nazem is known for his ability to combine macro‑investment vision with rigorous oversight and governance. At Sterling Heights, he provides strategic leadership and investment insight, anchoring our ambitions for global scale and sophisticated asset management.

George Abraham - Chief Executive Officer 

Known in the industry as “Global George”, Mr. George Abraham brings over 20 years of leadership in corporate services, cross-border mergers & acquisitions, and international business structuring. He oversees Sterling Heights' strategic partnerships and corporate service operations across the UAE and UK, while actively managing key markets in China, Africa, Europe, and the Far East. With a reputation for building global bridges between businesses, Mr. Abraham is a driving force behind our international expansion and client success.

Janey George – Chief Financial Officer

Mrs. Janey George holds an MBA in Financial Management from the UK and brings a wealth of experience in corporate finance, capital planning, and tax strategy. A former banker with the National Bank of Kuwait, she leads Sterling Heights' financial operations with precision, ensuring efficient capital structuring and long-term financial sustainability. Her strong analytical skills and international exposure position her as a trusted advisor in navigating complex financial landscapes.

Rohit Dsouza – Director, Regulated Fund Setup

With over 25 years of experience in international banking and financial services, Mr. Rohit Dsouza leads our regulated fund setup operations in DIFC and ADGM. His deep understanding of regional and global fund frameworks enables international clients to establish fully compliant, efficient investment structures within the UAE’s leading financial free zones. A former senior banker, Mr. Dsouza combines strategic insight with operational precision, making him a trusted advisor for private equity, venture capital, and asset management firms seeking market entry and expansion in the GCC.

Theodoros Kringou – Director, Compliance

Widely recognized as a leader in regulatory and compliance frameworks, Mr. Theodoros Kringou played a key role in the establishment of the Emirates Credit Bureau in the UAE. Known in the industry as "the compliance man," he brings deep expertise in helping organizations navigate complex regulatory environments, reduce risk exposure, and implement streamlined compliance systems. His strategic guidance ensures our clients meet evolving legal and operational standards across jurisdictions.

Fahim Inaam – Partner M&A

Mr. Innam Fahim is a graduate of the Conrad N. Hilton College in the USA, bringing specialized expertise in hotel and hospitality sector mergers and acquisitions. A former Deloitte professional, he advises large corporates on strategic M&A initiatives across India, Pakistan, the Middle East, and the Far East. His deep understanding of the hospitality industry, combined with strong regional insight, makes him a key driver of growth in this niche sector.

Fareed Khan – Public Relations Manager

Mr. Khan oversees our immigration and corporate services, specializing in Golden Visa processing and government liaison in the UAE. With strong experience in managing public sector interactions, he ensures smooth, efficient handling of documentation, licensing, and residency for clients. His expertise supports both individuals and businesses in navigating the UAE’s regulatory environment with ease.

Brahim Embouazza– Head of Legal Affairs

A Harvard graduate and seasoned legal expert, Mr. Brahim leads our legal division with a focus on international business law, contracts, and corporate structuring. Based in France, he brings extensive experience in setting up businesses across Europe, the UK, Qatar, and Saudi Arabia. His global perspective and legal acumen ensure robust, compliant solutions for our clients’ cross-border ventures.

Mahieddine  Raoui – Trade & M&A Advisor

Mr. Mehdi is a Harvard-educated trade specialist with a strong track record in cross-border mergers and acquisitions. His expertise spans France, Algeria, Qatar, Europe, and Africa, where he advises on complex trade strategies and corporate growth opportunities. His academic foundation and practical experience make him a key asset in driving international expansion and strategic partnerships.

Ibrahim Hasson – Director, Government Affairs

Mr. Ibrahim Hasson brings extensive experience in government relations, strategic public affairs, and regulatory navigation across the UAE and Kuwait.
